A great opportunity for a Supply Planner for raw materials and packaging in a high volume manufacturing environment. You will: Implement & drive continuous improvement & cost saving initiatives. Lead all projects related to supply of raw & packaging materials. Ensure all Supply KPI's are met & are accurate. Monthly reporting into Production Planning & Inventory Manager. Creation of clear & concise supply replenishment plan s. Guarantee availability of raw & packaging materials to meet customer demand on time & quality stds. Generate purchase orders & communicate with vendors as required. Manage & maintain the supply chain relationship with key suppliers. Monitoring of raw & packaging materials inventory levels to ensure they meet requirements for production. Liaise with Sales, Operations, Procurement & Technical teams on possible supply issues. Ensure key business partners are updated daily with details on any supply issues with particular focus on redundant materials. Work with the NPD team on new product/customer introduction. Liaise & support Production Planning with all orders & supply management. Responsible for monitoring Inventory of inbound materials & to propose appropriate min & max levels in line with forward guidance. Develop & implement an inbound logistics strategy to support the overall strategy of the business. Liaise with Procurement to deliver best pricing / efficiency in all logistics related matters. Ensure accurate master data is maintained & managed through insight. Skills / Qualifications/ Experience: Supply Planning, analytical, & organisational skills. Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite applications. Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Flexibility & ability to manage change. Ability to prioritise & make sound business decisions. Energetic with strong interpersonal skills. Approachable, enthusiastic, & objective. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks. Effective time management skills with an ability to work on own initiative. Minimum 3 Years + of Supply Chain experience from high volume, fast moving & dynamic environment.
