Senior HR Generalist
Senior HR Generalist / Business Partner. Sanderson is recruiting for an experienced HR professional for a contract role that involves the end to end delivery of HR programmes and projects that are strategic in focus and promote engagement, effective recruitment, wellness, performance, diversity & inclusion. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with management and the HR team to drive and to develop people focused HR programmes and career development. Coach, mentor & guide on strategic HR programmes ensuring execution as well as providing advice and training supports as required. Develop & implement talent management strategies, engagement, retention & development. Proactively develop tool-kits and management supports to enable resource planning, talent management and succession planning etc. Throughout the employee life-cycle implement a Diversity & Inclusion strategy ensuring we develop an inclusive organisation. Skills & Experience. HR or Business Qualification. 3-5 years relevant HR experience. Problem solving and solution orientated. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Excellent organising and planning experience taking a project approach. .
