Managing programme of works as per the project plan from beginning to end. You will survey proposed works location. You will ensure health and safety standards on projects. Supporting recruitment of Leakage team and reviewing performance during probationary period. Providing or organising employee training when required. Delivering feedback to employees to drive improvement in performance. Following all people management processes as set out in the Employee Handbook. Managing onsite subcontractors and vendors to assist them in working to the project schedule. You willl review plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate. You will create method statements, work orders and permits as appropriate. Overseeing quality control measures on the site. Responsible for maintaining all site records including health and safety records for full life of project. What Skills You Need. Degree in engineering or water related industry. Supervisory/ management experience required. Surveying experience. Knowledge of leak detection. Knowledge of pressure management and working of water networks. Full, clean driving licence.
