Account Manager (Hospitality. ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYER. Your new employer is an international textile, hygiene and facilities service provider. You new employer is a market leader in the majority number of their 28 country in which the operate. They are active in countries across both Europe and Latin America, where they are striving to deliver a solution that anticipates and solves customers needs. ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB. This customer orientated job will work with existing hospitality clients within the Dublin and Wicklow territory. You will work as the main point of contact for all services, dealing with logistics, supply chain, sales and any account management activities required. To be successful in the job you will have the following responsibilities: Maintain strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring stock levels are always at appropriate levels. You will be responsible for regular customer visits to ensure strong client relations. You will be responsible for negotiating and discussing any issues or queries, contract reviews, business retention and price increases. You will be responsible for generating new oppertunites with current customers. WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED. This job is ideal for someone who is going to be able to perform under pressure and can manage large volumes of work. You must have 1-2 years experience of area sales or a background in sales merchandising. You must have strong communication skills and have the ability to develop strong working relationships.
