Hartley People are looking to recruit a  HR Manager for an exciting opportunity with a Co Kilkenny based multi site company.     This is a full time permanent role. The Role:  Developing and implementing HR strategies. Provide HR advice & support to Managers and employees. Health & Safety responsibility. Management of full recruitment cycle. Management of HR System. Creation and updating of policies  The Person:  Relevant Third Level HR qualification. 3+ years in a HR manager role. Previous experience in a multi site company – Desirable.
