HR Executive Sanderson is working in partnership with its Global niche high-tech organisation to recruit a permanent HR Executive to deliver on the day to day and strategic HR agenda for a very well established and steadily growing company. Working within a close knit team environment this role will provide great visibility across the business and be a key individual contributor. Core Duties You will provide professional support, leadership and advice to managers in relation to all HR functions and will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries from employees within the business in a confidential manner. Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy. Coordination and administration of the day-to-day HR operations within the organisation. Management of the end-to-end recruitment process. Manage the on-boarding and off-boarding processes and will have full ownership of the HR system, ensuring all information is up to date. Supporting employee mobility and all aspects of international assignments. Support the management of all formal and informal employee relation matters in accordance with Irish employment legislation. The administration of payroll and benefits, and other ad hoc duties as required is also an essential part of the role. Travel from time to time to support other regions, across Europe and worldwide. Experience & Qualifications 3 rd Level Diploma or Degree in HR, business, or a related field. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness. Working knowledge of Workday is desirable, and comfortable learning new systems as needed. Excellent up to date knowledge of employment and immigration legislation. Analyse data to solve complex problems, anticipate outcomes & support decision-making.
