Core Duties Trusted advisor and business partner to key business stakeholders and managers. Providing HR support on a varied agenda to European Senior Management Performance Management, Disciplinaries, Grievances, Capability, Global Mobility, Succession Planning. Providing best practice support to regional HR members with regards to all HR interventions. Recruitment: actively manage the recruitment and selection process. Responsible for the bi-annual preparation and submission of Budgets. Review and implementation of European and regional HR policies, ensuring legal compliance with the policies and procedures. HR Systems implementation and integration. Ensuring robust talent management practices for teams to meet business needs now and into the future. HR Analysis, Change Management, Business Continuity, Business Growth. Enhance and maintain roust policies and procedures.
