Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Services. Application details/procedure: The Head of Corporate Services will have responsibility for all aspects of the Authority’s administration, including finance, ICT, procurement and Human Resource Management.  S/he would also act as Chief Risk Officer and Company Secretary.  The Head of Unit will lead a small team in the achievement of these functions, and develop the Unit in a period of significant expansion in the Authority’s functions.
