Occupational Therapist - Acute Hospital, Co. Kildare. The occupational therapist will working as part of a well structured OT team providing high quality OT services in acute care. The role will be based in a leadingg hospital offering many different services locally and regionally. The OT dept provides services to: Acute General Medicine and Surgical wards including the stroke service. Stroke Service. Care of the Elderly Day Hospital. Frailty Intervention team in the Emergency Department. Consultant Geriatricians Out Patient clinics. Rheumatology Out Patient. The Candidate: A recognised qualification as an Occupational Therapist and CORU registration. Some post graduate experience within and acute setting would be advantageous, clinical placement experience will be considered. Permission to work in Ireland. Professional approach to work.
