We have a wonderful opportunity to join a well established transport and logistics firm managing the Tender Desk on a part time basis (25 hours per week with flexibility. To be considered, you will need a minimum of two years freight forwarding experience together with an advanced level of MS Excel . Key responsibilities include: Plan and prioritise the work load of all tenders. Ensure that all tender responses are submitted accurately and within deadlines. Review and analyse all the data and documentation within tender documents and inform all relevant managers and staff. Continually review and improve processes to increase the hit rate. Provide management reports. Experience and Skills required: You will need to be commercially minded and customer driven with the ability to communicate at all levels. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Ability to develop relationships internally and externally. We are ideally seeking a person with a positive and a can-do attitude, with strong MS Excel skills and previous tender documentation management experience. Interested in working this part time role?
