Job Title : Office Administrator - Japanese. Location : Maynooth, Co.Kildare. My client is a multinational electronics company who are in search for a Japanese speaking Office Administrator. As an Office Administrator, you must be fluent in both Japanese and English with the ability to carry out general administration and translation tasks. *This is a 12 Month Contract* Key Responsibilities: Answer phone and deal with inquiries, couriers, visitors, contractors (ESB, gas, water, gardener, cleaners, etc.) Support communication with customers in Japan. Manage customers attending for technical training. Support travel bookings and visa applications for the team. General office GA (filing, forwarding expenses, meeting preparation and set up. Support communications with the Japanese teams. Support translation of technical and business documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. Potentially will be trained to support sales and service administrator. Support Monthly calls with Japanese Management / PVD sales team. Support translation of corporate and sales material to and from the Japanese teams. Support communications with key suppliers in Japan. Requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English. 1 years in office administration. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel to Japan or Korea for periods of up to 2 weeks.
