The Quality Manager job would suit a person who relevant quality management experience in the food industry (ideally meat) coupled with an in depth knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP & Bod Bia/BRC regulatory requirements. To hit the ground running in the Quality Manager job you will need to have strong leadership and communication skills along with good customer facing expertise when dealing with clients and vendors. The three key elements of this exciting Quality Manager role will include. Establish and continually review food safety standards to meet the relevant regulatory standards. Working closely with Ops to establish and deliver KPIs while also working with all clients to understand their requirements. Mentoring and developing your quality team. My client wishes to recruit a process and metrics orientated Quality Manager who is looking to advance their career in the meat processing industry.
