Role: Our client is an international provider of automated equipment who are hiring a Site Foreman to join their team in Kildare. In this job, your responsibility will be to provide site supervision of installation engineers in order to complete installation and upgrade projects in a timely fashion. As the Site Foreman, your job will also involve planning and coordinating daily installation work to meet the project schedule. Your responsibility as the Site Foreman will also require you ensure that installation functions are conducted in the safest and highest quality manner possible. Part of this job will involve the opportunity to travel internationally, as training will be conducted abroad. Responsibilities: Supervising installation activity and ensuring quality control. Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager to plan activity. Providing progress reports related to quality checklists, drawings, schedule tracking and any resource issues. Creating redline drawings and ensuring changes are submitted to the Project Manager. Following safety guidelines and reporting unsafe conditions. Reading electrical and mechanical drawings. Requirements: 5+ years’ relevant experience. Relevant technical qualification. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Unix. Experience in the semiconductor industry would be advantageous. Able to draw and read schematics. Knowledge of robotics advantageous.
