Mystery shoppers (also known as secret shoppers), pose as typical customers to provide feedback to many different types of businesses such as Retail Stores, Banks, Pubs, Car Dealerships, Restaurants and Insurance Companies, amongst others. Your role is to complete an online questionnaire, with comments, describing the experience you had. Shoppers are paid for each visit. This is a part time role which will allow you to earn extra money for flexible work. While mystery shopping is suitable for anyone with good writing and observational skills.
