We are a leading container transport operator in full load road transport services in Ireland. We have an opening for a Transport Planner to coordinate the vehicles in Ireland. Responsibilities and Duties. • Receiving and processing customer bookings. • Data entry and job progressing on to our in-house system & our customer's systems. • Planning drivers collections and deliveries with awareness of drivers tachograph hours regulations. • Booking & updating jobs. • Customer service. • Managing fleet availability for garage maintenance/testing. • Problem-solving. Qualifications and Skills. • A minimum of 2 Years experience in a similar role. • Good communications skills on email and verbally. • Good IT skills. • Geographical knowledge of Northern and Southern Ireland. • Knowledge of drivers tachograph rules.
