GASTRO PUB/LATE NIGHT VENUE - KILDARE. Beautiful award winning gastro pub & late nigh venue is seeking a Senior Manager to join the team. You will have vast experience in pub.venue management and be able to bring new fresh ideas as we constantly evolve our offering. We are looking for an immediate start date. At least 3 years'management experience within a lively bar/gastro pub/music environment. Superb people skills combined with a love for staff training and development. Bags of energy and a 'Can Do' attitude. Excellent drinks knowledge. Hands on operationally. Driving sales and working towards targets. Self-motivation. Experience in PR, marketing & Social Media. Previous nightclub management is desirable. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career with competitive salary plus bonus. Due to the location a full driving license is essential.
