Experienced Bar Manager required to lead the team in a Dublin City Centre Hotel. This is a very busy property in a central high visibility location. Bar enjoys excellent food trade daily and very strong Beverage and Events trade nightly. You need to be very organised, self starter, happy to take responsibility and you need to be very customer focused. A great personality would help and naturally you need to be a a great team manager, driven by standards, a good all rounder, confident working in a busy pressured environment. Ideal candidate will have 3/4 years experience in a similar role with either very large Pub or 4* Hotel training and expertise.
