Description

Manage Human Resources and Recruitment functions. Provide a HR advisory service to managers. Provide relevant and timely HR data to the senior team and the board of directors. Develop and Implement strategic HR plan. Ensure HR systems and processes are effective, up-to-date and comply with any legislative requirements in Ireland and Overseas. Develop, implement and update HR policies. Liaise with HR specialists on various international roles. Remain up-date with employee legislation in EU. Update and prepare monthly HR reports to the Board of Directors. Ad-Hoc Duties and projects as required. Some travel may be required. The Candidate. Minimum degree Qualification in a HR related discipline CIPD. Demonstrated track record in HR Leadership and Management in a multinational setting, with a minimum of 3-5 year relevant experience. Proven ability to drive organisational change. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Irish and EU/UK employment law. Possess excellent communications skills. Possess a strong business acumen.
