Leder Construction & Civils Ltd is a Groundworks, Civils & Utilities Contractor. The markets served by the company include the Commercial, Civil & Residential Construction sectors. Due to current work levels we are seeking to add a Site Manager to our established team. You will report directly to the Contracts Director and liaise with Head Office which is based in Co Kildare. You’ll be responsible for the following in the management and delivery of residential development and projects from commencement through to completion throughout the Meath & Kildare Region. Responsibilities. • Management of labour and subcontractors on site. • Ensure the Health & Safety policies and procedures are strictly adhered to. • Ordering of materials. • Budget and variation management. • Responsible for daily quality control inspections/ recordings. • Programming and generation of weekly work schedules. • Project delivery on time and within budget. • Completing relevant daily and weekly documentation in accordance with company policy. • Carrying out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors. Skills & Experience. • Third level degree in construction or engineering discipline – with possible trade background also. • 5 plus years site management experience delivering projects over € million. • Proven track record of taking projects from conception to completion. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill. • Can do attitude with excellent people management skills.
