The Noel group are recruiting for our client in the portlaoise area. Responsibilities. As a Machine Minder you will responsible for overseeing the machine feeding, J-Packing, stacking and wrapping and working with the General Operatives to ensure the smooth running of the production line. Set up the Gluing Machine. Conduct test runs. Instruction key line. Process control. Quality checks. Machine speed. Fill out required paperwork and check sheets accurately and on time. Follow the production plan and prepare for next job. Shift change over checks. Report and defective machinery. Ensure that you are adopting safe working practices and ensure that the General Operatives are adhering to all Health and Safety procedures. Approval first example. Registering job information. As with all employees you will receive an Induction Training Manual along with job specific training for the role of Machine Minder. This training will be documented.
