Cpl are delighted to be recruiting for a Rewards Manager for an international energy supplier. Reporting into the Head of HR, this candidate will be working at the hub of HR in a current period of restructure for the organisation. Main Duties: Formulate and manage company reward strategy to attract and retain talented employees. Carry out research to ensure performance, pay and reward programmes are fit for purpose. Provide support on performance management. Contribute to the transformational change of the organisation through business strategies. Work closely with HR Managers to ensure all HR policies and initiatives are implemented across all areas. Liaising with external bodies in relation to benchmarking the pension schemes. Provide support on remuneration reviews. Responsible for HR systems and general HR enquiries. Ideal candidate: Degree in HR or related discipline. CIPD qualifications desirable. 5+ years HR experience to include reward experience. Ability to manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources.
