We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Barperson/Mixologist with supervisory or management experience gained from working in hotels at 4*/5* level and upmarket Bars/Clubs. Personality is the big focus here, so an outgoing engaging manager is required for their clientele. You will be required to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will not be scared of hard graft and long hours. Cocktails, Craft Beers & Whiskey knowledge is required for this role. We are only interested in candidates who have run busy hotel operations at 4*/5* level or superior bars with quality drinks driven units. You will have experience of managing and motivating small team delivery constantly high standards. Food service experience is required and is a big part of this role.
