Rylane Developments are currently looking for a General Site Foremen to work in Kildare and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years site experience with a main contractor and have experience with all aspects of construction from ground works to roofing, super-structures, external and internal works. Requirements: • Safe Pass, Manual handling, abrasive wheel certification. • Must be fluent in English in order to communicate with clients. • Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans. • Reporting to management on a daily basis. • Maintaining programmes, schedules and monitor attendance of crew. • Allocating general and daily responsibilities. • Ability to form strong and productive relationships both internally with team and externally with the customer. • Work closely with, architects engineers and clients in the delivery of project programmes. • Ensure works are carried out efficiently and to a high standard. • Ensure all Health &Safety requirements are adhered to. • Have a comprehensive working knowledge of all contracts under your control. • Be aware of modern technology and new methods of construction. • Develop a close working relationship with all site personnel to foster a good team spirit.
