Our client, one of Ireland's largest and most elite Food Service providers is currently hiring a Group Manager to join their team in Naas, Kildare. Salary: 40-45k. Contract: Permanent, full time. Skills required: Must have multi-site experience. Must have a strong knowledge of FMCG, HACCP and Health and Safety policies. Must have excellent people management skills. Must have strong organisational skills and ability to communicate effectively. Must have a successful background in catering. Must display a passion for food and customer service. Must be computer literate. Must have strong negotiation skills and the ability to plan ahead. Must have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate others. Responsibilities of the role: - To set objectives and be responsible for the day to day running of the location. - To be responsible for staff recruitment, training and performance management. - To ensure financial targets are achieved and budgets are strictly followed. - To conduct meetings on a regular basis and communicate effectively across all levels of staff. - To ensure the highest standard of customer service is delivered to all clients, including monitoring feedback. - To ensure company standards of Health and Safety and Food quality are delivered continuously. - To lead and motivate teams members and monitor development. - To ensure all financial information is collated and communicated in a clear and concise way. - To consistently analyse methods of maximising company profits. - To ensure both locations meet Health and Safety and Food Safety policies that are in line with legislation. - To conduct Food Safety and Risk Assessments on a continuous basis. - To attend client/staff meetings as and when is needed.
