We have a opening in our business for a recruitment consultant to join our small diverse team! A minimum of one year recruitment experience is desirable or we will consider somebody with a B2B previous sales background. We have a current portfolio of clients available to manage, with the opportunity to develop these accounts further as well as freedom to market and sell our service and bring in new business. Excellent PC and communication skills. The ability to conduct interviews. Screen, Shortlist and Select candidates on behalf of clients. Negotiate terms and conditions. Ensure paperwork is in order. Attend networking events offsite, conferences etc. Manage your own diary / setting up meetings etc. This role comes with job flexibility in terms of working hours and management of your own day.
