A Farm Machinery dealer in the Kildare area is currently recruiting for an Aftersales Manager. This is a full-time permanent role. My client has been serving the Irish agricultural trade for 60 years. Presently we are looking to recruit an Aftersales Manager to join the senior management team. We welcome applications from ambitious candidates whom are looking to make their mark in a senior management role. Previous experience in the agricultural machinery sector essential. Duties. Ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability in the Aftersales Department whilst providing a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensuring that all service, warranty and repair works are carried out to highest standard and customer satisfaction. Warranty Control. Credit Control and Invoicing. Maintaining the effective management of all employees in the Aftersales Department. Ensuring that Health & Safety regulations are complied with and high standards of housekeeping and security are achieved and maintained within the workshop. Maintaining excellent working relationships with our suppliers and customers. Develop processes and procedures to improve the business. Maintaining an effective control of costs in line with agreed objectives by regular examination. Candidate profile. Previous experience of managing a successful workshop. Strong technical knowledge and knowledge of the Agricultural sector. Are you constantly seeking to improve processes and become more efficient? Financial and project costing skills.
