We are looking to have a recruiter join our team here at ISS. Minimum of one year experience in recruitment would be an advantage. Your duties will include; Placing candidates into roles with current clients on our portfolio. Manage temp and perm desk. Developing new business opportunities by attending networking events, setting up meetings, further developing current client accounts. Ability to interview and screen candidates. Experienced in negotiations. Flexibility to attend various business networking events, conferences, social gatherings etc. in order to develop working relationships. Ability to set own diary and take appointments. Flexibility to attend client sites to discuss any changes they are planning, handle issues etc. where we have high volume temps. Excellent office skills / PC / ethics etc. Flexibility to work varied hours during peak times throughout the year to accomodate seasonal trends. Work as part of the team but also be strong enough with good initiative to work alone. Our company offers you the chance to come in and establish yourself as a self sufficient consultant providing you with all the back up you need to succeed in the recruitment world. This role has a no ceiling opportunity for commission and bonus. A car is required for this role but mileaege is paid. Expenses account. Mobile phone & laptop. Flexitime can be negotiated.
