Key responsibilities: Manage all stages of therecruitment processfor both client and candidate. Set and meet monthlysales targetsthrough candidate placements. Be responsible for managing existingkey clients, cross-selling Matrix services, account management. DriveBusiness Developmentensuring a constant pipeline – sourcing, targeting and securing new clients and new positions. You will be taking part in marketing, and advertising your skills and our expertise to reach hard to get candidates. Work in a metrics environment with weekly KPI’s and work to reasonable sales targets and be rewarded for performance. What are we looking for? Relevant third level degree. Min. 2 years’ experience in a recruitment environment ideally within the finance or commercial sector. Expertise dealing with B2B and B2C and the ability to adapt to a new environment. Strong IT skills with an aptitude for learning new technical skills. Excellent planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. High achiever who can work on your own initiative. A “can do” attitude. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Ambitious and focused on establishing a career in recruitment.
