What you need to know. You will work as a Director of Food & Beverage for our client based in Kildare/Dublin West. You will be responsible for the effective operational management of food and beverages across the hotel. Working closely with the department manager. This is a permanent role. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Work in conjunction with Senior Management to manage key issue. Assist the development achievable budgets and the long-term strategic goals. Provide effective leadership to the team and ensure targets are met. Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all department to meet and exceed guest expectations. Ensure that costs are controlled throughout F&D departments and results are monitored regularly. Manage and develop Head of Department to ensure career progression and succession planning in the hotel. What are we looking for? Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management. Experience in Food and Beverage Management. In-depth knowledge of professional Food service within hospitality. Ability to work under pressure. Accountable and resilient.
