A Farm Machinery dealer in the Kildare area is currently recruiting for a Agri Service Manager. This is a full-time permanent role. My client has been serving the Irish agricultural trade for 60 years. Presently we are looking to recruit an Agricultural Service Manager to manage a busy service department. Duties to include. Effective and profitable management of a busy Service Department. Ensuring key KPIs including customer satisfaction, utilisation and warranty are met at all times. Strong focus on team leadership. Responsibility for maintaining and developing key client relationships. Responsibility and ownership for the delivery of service and service metrics to customers. Drive continuous improvement. Responsibility for assessing and implementing change, strategic directions. Ensure process documentation complete and robust. Coaching, developing and managing team members. Candidate profile. 5 years' experience managing teams in an operations environment ideally within the Agriculture industry. An appropriate technical background preferably within the agricultural machinery sector. Good customer relation skills built from previous experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills. Good sense of initiative with a multitasking approach. Excellent problem-solving skills. Administratively highly organised, with a proactive approach to developing and maintaining systems and processes to further enhance departmental efficiency and profitability. Renumeration.
