About the job: Your position will focus on customer service and staff management through excellent communication and focus. Maintain and train staff to ensure company standards are met and implemented with new staff. You will maintain the Time and Attendance system and ensure all reports are completed and sent to the HR department as required. You will have strong experience in cost control, monitoring payroll and revenue within the hotel. You will also have excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally in the hospitality industry. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role for a 4* or 5* hotel.
