HR Manager Salary: 55k-60k. Duration: Permanent. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the HR and performance management function in the organisation and drive new initiatives and projects in an excellent company. The successful candidate will manage a range of day-to-day activities in the Human Resources department. A brief overview of the HR Lead's responsibilities: Compensation and Benefits. HR Manager Duties The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the strategic delivery of the Human Resource departments in all locations and further expansions to additional regions. He/she will have key accountability in managing HR’s relationship with the business leaders on each site/location, and will work with the Global HR Team on HR strategies impacting business performance. The HR Manager will, take a global approach to drive initiatives to support the business strategy and goals. The HR Manager will be an integral contributor, working within and promoting the Company Values – Customer Focus, Accountability, Respect, Effective Communication and Empowerment. Duties and Responsibilities The HR Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of the global strategic goals and initiatives of HR and Recruitment in all current locations in Ireland and the Netherlands and possible future locations. He /she will be accountable for successful deliver of the HR model – Legal, Documentation, Engagement, Department Awareness / Interaction and Tools & Reportin. He/she is accountable for all aspects of legal compliance within each jurisdiction. The HR Manager will be responsible for leadership, development and ongoing management of HR Team from a strategic position. Local HR leads/managers will be accountable to the Site Manager for day to day operations. He/she must ensure department is compliant with all industry standard compliancy frameworks. The HR Manager will introduce, lead and influence site specific and/or global change management initiatives in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability. The HR Manager will be required to be flexible in their working and adaptable to a range of activities in any given day. This position will involve some travel to clients and various locations. Candidate Profile: 3-4 years HR experience. CIPD certified / member. Ability to lead on major change initiatives and role model effective change Has a positive approach, open to change. Is able to adapt style of communication to suit audience needs and is able to communicate at all levels effectively to gain credibility. Listens and responds positively to the needs of individuals, teams and the organisation. Can handle issues in a sensitive and confidential manner.
