DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER FOOD VENUE/OUTLET CO.KILDARE 40-50K. We are seeking a Deputy General Manager that will oversee a large venue in Co. Kildare that has an array of Food Outlets under its roof. This would suit and experienced F&B or Operations or Deputy GM in a F&B property with multi outlets or a Food Retail Manager with multi-unit experience. This position oversees a large team and will focus on: " Food Standards. " Staff Management. " Standards & Procedures. " Recruitment & Selection. " Handling Staff Issues. " HACCP Recording & Check Sheets. " Staff Rostering. " Health & Safety. " Training. " SOP's. " Daily, Weekly Monthly Reporting. " Stock Taking. " Costings. " Portion Control. " Problem Solving. " Knowledge of EPOS & Scanning. This position is split between hands on Floor Management & Office Duties, 5/7 Days, mix of Early and Lates. There is a high footfall here and would suit a person that has massive food volume/ footfall experience. Minimum of 3-5 Years in Management is required. Own car is required for this role.
