Luxury 5 star resort in Kildare are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor. The Position. To be responsible for the supervision, training and development of bar personnel to the standards set out by The Hotel. To ensure the personnel roster is compiled in line with business requirements. To ensure personnel levels are in line with budgets. To be responsible for the maintenance of par stock levels. To be responsible for the monthly stock take in the Bars department. To be responsible for the requisition of all beverage supplies from main stores. To ensure the bar area meet the high standard of cleanliness. To ensure the cleaning schedule is adhered to at all times. To ensure bar sales and gross profit meet the agreed budget. To prepare all micros bills for guests and members Experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Will have the ability to be a quick learner and work in a fast paced environment. Will have a friendly positive attitude and the ability to lead by example. Must be fluent in English both oral and written. Ability to build strong relationships.
