This luxury four star property in Co. Kildare is currently recruiting an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager to assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in meeting the hotel’s sales targets. With a constant focus on excellent customer service and client relations, this will include: Developing new business leads through analysis of local and international market trends. Assisting in implementing and monitoring the annual sales and marketing plan and budgets. Sales visits for both existing and new clients. Preparation of sales reports. Prompt client follow up. Daily administrative tasks such as: preparing of client quotes, files and contracts and maintaining efficient email communications. Travel required. The successful candidate will be a polished hospitality sales professional with at least three years’ experience within a four star hotel sales department. You will demonstrate a proven track record of success in meeting all sales targets and will have excellent written and oral communication skills. Please note there is both national and international travel with this role. Own transport required, parking is available.
