Hartley People are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for a leading Residential Building Company based in Leinster. The role: Manage and oversee all site construction teams for the successful delivery of the project. Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed. Prepare monthly reports for H&S, quality and budget. Provide clear leadership and lead continuous improvement on site.   The ideal candidate: Must have a 3 rd level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. Must have 10+ years’ experience managing multiple residential contracts. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of the latest building regulation standards. Excellent Communication skills.
