Commercial Property Specialist. Responsibilities. Maximise the commercial value that is generated from Land and Property assets. For example, disposal of non-strategic assets, executing new leases, licences, new business development, achieving reduction of site costs. Play a key role in the management of the current commercial customer base to maximise annual revenues. Regularly review the third party costs associated with all land and property assets and implement initiatives to minimise these costs. Work closely with the Legal Department to implement land and property transactions. This includes preparation of clear written instructions, input to preparation of contracts etc. Develop new revenue streams from land and property assets. Potentially through leases, licences access agreements etc. Negotiate with third parties to conclude commercial agreements. Work with internal and external parties to identify, develop and implement new commercial projects . Support new business development projects. Work with Land & Property colleagues and business units to identify non-strategic assets and develop and implement plans to generate revenue from these assets. Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team's objectives. Requirements. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes: Third level qualification in a discipline related to property management; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role; Experience in report writing, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Ability to use GIS mapping software would be desirable. Strong Commercial, analytical and communication skills; A "can do" attitude with the ability to effectively manage time against agreed deadlines; Team player working with others to achieve company goals; Proficiency in the English language is a requirement alongside eligibility to work in Ireland.
