As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will manage the full Accounts Payable process within the Finance Department. In this varied role, you will: - Review and verify invoices against budget allocations. - Liaise with suppliers, verify supplier accounts and maintain files. - Maintain the accounting ledgers. - File documentation in a timely manner. To be considered, you will need: - To be a qualified accounts technician with previous accounts payable experience. - Experience of working with ERP systems. - A high level of IT literacy, including MS Office. As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
