On behalf of our client, a L eading Asset Management Company , we are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to join their growing team. This is a 1 year contract - Based in North Kildare - Salary range between 45k - 55k (depending on your experience. Responsibilities: Effectively manage an assigned loan portfolio across various sectors. Act as a point of contact for Clients, Financial Advisors and attend Client borrowers meeting as required. Conduct preparation of credit applications and complete associated loan documentation. Provide support to junior team members and ensure all KPI targets are reached. YOU?.. 3 years + experience working in a similar role. Commerical Lending or Restructures. Strong Relationship management skills. QFA or APA qualiifed. Strong negotiation skills.
