They are now looking for an HR Recruiter to join their team. Within a fast-paced and multicultural environment, you will have the chance to directly contribute to the growth of the charity and play an important role in their day-to-day operations. As the HR Recruiter, you’ll support GOAL’s recruitment activities for their international and head office positions. Working closely with the International Recruitment Manager, you will: - Help to implement policies which promote a positive work environment for employees and potential staff- Ensure that GOAL recruits high calibre staff in a fair, effective and professional manner- Identify candidates through social media, networking, research, candidate referrals and non-traditional methods- Manage job offers to candidates - Organise and attend recruitment fairs and events - Assist with administrative activities To be considered, you’ll need: - At least three years’ recruitment experience, ideally gained within an NGO - A creative approach in attracting the best candidates - The ability to accurately interview and assess candidates for appropriate roles- A third level degree in an HR related discipline Results-oriented and target-driven, as the HR Recruiter, you’ll have excellent communication and networking skills.
