What you need to know. You will work as an QC Chemist for our client, a highly successful pharmaceutical company based in Dublin West. This is a permanent role. Thsi role is responsible for analysing raw materials, in-process intermediaries and finished products. Key Responsibilities. Perform all required raw materials, in-process and finished product testing. Record results and interpret correctly. Apply all relevant laboratory techniques and methods used to verify product quality and stability. Perform all work under CGMP guidelines. Assist in a variety of investigations, following up any out of specification results. Recommend modifications, improvements or work simplification to SOP’s etc as appropriate. Perform water and environmental testing as required. Maintain a constant awareness of safety as it relates to Laboratory areas and participate in safety program as required. Other project work and continuous improvement initiatives as determined by Quality Manager and/or Quality Supervisor. What are we looking for. Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or equivalent. Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant industrial experience is a requirement. Familiarity with HPLC, GC and other analytical instrumentation is essential. LIMS/Empower experience advantageous.
