Team Project are an ambitious software solutions company located in Celbridge, Co. Kildare looking for an organised, results driven sales professional to join our team. Interested candidates will be in B2B field sales for 2+ years with proven success and will be comfortable working to agreed sales KPI’s. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter who is looking to become an integral part of a small but growing company. Responsibilities. To actively identify prospects and turn these into new business leads , secure meetings and create quoting opportunities. To support the sales director in all aspects of the sales process; e.g. sales meetings, proposals, tenders, presentations, follow ups. To promote and sell our software solutions to SME’s and larger businesses. To work in line with agreed sales and activity targets, to meet KPIs and achieve sales and margin targets as set by the company. To actively establish rapport and build strong relationships with existing customers. To provide existing customers with top quality customer service. To help in the marketing function of the company particularly website content and social media presence. To assist with the management of promotional events. Candidate Skills. Ideally you will have 2+ years sales experience in a B2B sales role. You will need to possess strong networking skills and have the ability to generate sales leads. You must be self-motivated and disciplined and have an interest in software, technology and the web. Excellent English both written and spoken with good presentation skills, telephone manner and customer service focused attitude. Attention to detail. Overall, we are looking for a professional, motivated individual with a good attitude and a strong work ethic. Salary.
