Bruce Betting require a strong influencer and natural collaborator to work closely with directors, marketing manager and management to create and develop marketing strategies in line with Bruce Betting’s ambitious digital and retail objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Planning and developing marketing strategy for digital and retail divisions of the company. • Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns for www.brucebetting.com and Bruce Betting’s 17 stores in Ireland. • Assist with digital marketing activity, including Email marketing, SMS marketing, Website content management, SEO, ASO, PPC advertising, social media presence and Google analytics etc. • The acquisition and retention of Bruce Betting customers. • Work on the design and preparation of marketing materials both in house and with external designers (experience in graphic design would be an advantage, in particular Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. • Take the lead in our commitment to promote responsible gambling in relation to communications with our customers. • Analysis, Creation and Distribution of marketing emails to segmented customers. • Compile reports on a weekly and monthly basis in relation to marketing spend and yield. • AML and responsible gambling analysis. • Undertake any other general marketing duties. Proactive self starter: Ability to self-motivate and innovate, identifying opportunities.
