Our client designs and manufactures digital video inspections and measurement systems. This role is to provide help and support to customers when setting up, troubleshooting and applying these systems. Responsibilities: Supporting customers queries / issues via email, phone and in person. Troubleshooting the cause of customer problems and helping resolve issues. Educate and guide customers on the use and application of inspection systems. Feedback customer and product issues to the R&D, manufacturing and quality teams. Ensure customer satisfaction with the solution delivery. Follow / develop procedures when helping customers. Essential Skills: Excellent Communication skills - Interpersonal and Written. Strong PC Skills. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Great Team Player. Ability to learn technical details of the products. Ability to communicate complex issues in a friendly and easy to understand format. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Enjoys a positive and challenging Team working environment. Courteous, polite and respectful. Education. The right person may not have a full suite of technical and educational qualifications but having proven curiosity and a positive disposition towards problem solving would be highly valued.
