Job Description: Installation, servicing and maintenance of air-conditioning and indoor weather control systems. This is a permanent full time position. Hours 8.30pm - 5.00pm. Main Duties & responsibilities: PA work - Assisting Contracts Director and Contracts Manager with their daily activities/booking flights/hotels/typing correspondences etc. Assisting in daily planning of resoruces. Overseeing and amending Health & Safety company documents. Processing and sending documents to clients on behalf of the Contracts Dept. Following up with site supervisors reporting. Preparation and processing of contract information for site use i.e. printing drawings, procedure etc. Communicating with sub-contractors. Liasing with other departments within the company. Diary, phone and email management. Client file management. Key Competencies and Skills Required: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office enviroment. High proficiency in MS Word and excel. Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Excellent organisational, planning and communication skills required.
