Senior Engineer (Developer) - North Dublin. North Dublin €55-60k+ Package (Bonus, Bens. Our client is one of Ireland's leading residential developers, who are currently undertaking multiple developments across the Greater Dublin area. Current projects consist of high spec residential (housing & apartments) and commercial developments in very much sought after locations, Offering, high quality, A-rated homes. They are now in the market for Senior Engineer for a large residential project in North Dublin. Candidates must have a proven track experience on residential projects, coupled with relevant quals. Role. Key responsibilities Monitor and evaluate quality control for sub-contractor‘s work. Coordinating site drawings. Setting out for: Subcontractors i.e. giving the gridlines / levels to groundwork or RC frame. Foundations, Floor slabs, Blocklaying, Services and Civil Works. House Plots on housing projects and issuing the surveys to solicitors. Supervision and monitoring of ground works and civil engineering contractors. Supervision and monitoring of concrete frame contractors. RC frame experience desirable with residential and/or contracting background. Develop strong relationships with sub-contractors to deliver the desired outputs—on time and on budget, with high attention to quality and detail.
