This organisation is a global financial services group with large and expanding operations in Kildare. They currently require a Senior Team Lead/Manager to manage a business analysis team of 6 managing a core banking platform environment from a functional and technical perspective. Your role will be a combination role of Team Lead/Management and hands-on business analysis of end-user requirements as well as leading IT change management across new processes and functionality on the core banking platform. The Position: Lead the Business Analysis team of 6 in terms of work scheduling, managing priorities, projects and delivery. Play a key role as a Lead Business Analyst in terms of the translation of business requirements into functional/technical specifications, gathering of requirements through workshops, use cases, process mapping etc. Own the IT change management function for the company's core banking platform as well as project delivery, process analysis and functional design and application support. The Person: You will have at least 7-8 years' experience as a Business Analyst and circa 3 years leading a team with full responsibility for delivery of a financial services platform ideally in treasury/ banking/fund/asset management environment (Infosys, Bank Fusion, Flexcube/T24. You will have strong capability across all aspects of leadership of a team from coaching to mentoring to scheduling of work priorities. You will have had ownership of full platform delivery and have excellent business analysis capability with a strong continuous improvement approach and set high standards for yourself and your team. You will have outstanding communication and stakeholder management capability.
