Are you an experienced Leisure Club Manager looking for an amazing opportunity?? I am currently recruiting for the postition of Leisure Club Manager for a Hotel just outside o Dublin. The Leisure Club Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of your Department ensuring standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is optimised. Main Duties: Maintaining the highest standard of service in providing a safe and clean environment for all our clients to enjoy should be enforced and reviewed on an ongoing basis. As Leisure Club Manager you will be judged on your ability to lead, motivate and supervise your team of staff compiling weekly rosters and payroll and checking and reviewing time and attendance for leisure club and beauty salon team. Ensure sales targets and budgets are met on a monthly basis for the leisure club and Beauty salon. Ensure costs are reviewed and not exceeding budgets as agreed with GM and Financial accountant on a weekly/monthly basis. As Leisure you will be expected to overview all areas and ensure they are in working order or alternatively contact the relevant 3rd party if work needs to be carried out. The implementation of a staff training programme to include all health and safety and statutory training requirements. To ensure all staff receive a club induction within the 1st week of employment and full company induction within the first month. ( All training will be provided on request. Low usage reports on a monthly basis. To ensure stock levels are kept at a correct level. Acting as duty Manager on designated shifts. Ensure in-house membership initiatives are done on a regular basis. Maintain membership numbers and increase memberships in line with agreed targets. Deal with queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Skills/Experience: 2 years managing a gym (including pools) and beauty salon. Excellent customer service. High energy and passion for health and fitness profession. Strong leadership and management skills. Proven ability to meet targets and budgets. Must have proven reporting skills using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. Please apply in confidence with a cover note. INDSS.
