You will have managed Operations and Night Audit and be used to coordinating busy service and catering for large number of guests on an ongoing basis. Hotel is in a central location and enjoys mix of Leisure, Corporate guests and Conference Delegates. You need to be highly organised, a great team leader, enjoy training and developing your team and above all can deliver excellent standards and seamless service.
