The ideal candidate should posse the following: Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask between computer/phone and customer accounts. Obtain the ability to navigate through various records (paper and computer. A polite telephone manner. The ability to deal with customer queries and complaints - strong customer service skills. Managing deadlines and obtain the ability to manage time efficiently. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Work in a professional and high volume manner. Desire to learn. Ability to present themselves with confidence. This role is on a temporary basis with the view of been made permanent. Office hours are 08.30am to 17.30pm Monday to Friday.
